bids.city is a novelty virtual city. You bid real money to place your brand on a building or an ad spot inside a fictional 3D city. It is entertainment, not real estate, advertising guarantees, or an investment. By placing a bid you agree to these rules.

Brands, names, and logos in the city are placed by users. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those brands or bids.city. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. No warranty

bids.city is provided “as is”, for entertainment. We make no guarantee of uptime, visibility, traffic, clicks, or any commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the spot in question.

8. Changes

We may update these rules or change, pause, or discontinue the city at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated rules.
